Delivery Information 

Glossop Awnings Delivery Information

Please ensure you read carefully – here is all the information you need regarding our delivery policy. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help. We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 to Mainland UK. Any orders under £100 are subject to £10 postage charge.

Mainland UK DOES NOT include: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. An extra delivery charge will be incurred to these locations. Due to the large variety of package sizes and weights, we will provide a delivery quote for each individual order. Please go ahead and place your order as normal and we will contact you with the delivery quote. Alternatively, you can contact us beforehand and we will provide you with the quote.

Processing your order

We will endeavour to process any orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday that same day for next day delivery. This does not include delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays. For example, if you place an order before 12:00pm on a Friday, you will receive delivery the following week. Orders placed after 12:00pm on a weekday will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next working day. Customers should note that whilst we and our couriers will always attempt to deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen circumstances can always intervene and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent service breakdown. Occasionally, an item you have ordered may be temporarily out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible to advise of a restocking date and also offer any suitable alternatives (where possible) that are in stock. At this point, if you are not able to wait for your item you have a right to cancel your order for a full refund.

Deliveries

For online orders we will send a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which will include the delivery tracking information. For packages under 30kg and less than 1 metre, we use the courier Parcelforce. If you wish to provide us with a mobile phone number, Parcelforce will send you a text on the morning of delivery giving you an estimated time of arrival. For packages over 30kg or over 1 metre we use the courier TNT(FedEx). Whilst you can check which day your parcel will be delivered by TNT; they unfortunately do not provide an estimated time.

We do not keep every product in stock at the Glossop Awnings’ warehouse. In this case, we may need to order direct from the manufacturers which can take longer and we unfortunately cannot provide tracking information. We will always keep you informed as soon as possible if this is the case. If this is the case with your order and you require more accurate tracking information, please call us on 01457 860118 and we will be happy to obtain this information from the manufacturers.

When purchasing any Inaca products, please be aware that if we do not have the item in stock at our warehouse, we will need to order from Inaca in Barcelona. Deliveries from Inaca can take up to 4 weeks. We will contact you once your item has arrived to arrange a convenient delivery day.
