The Cadac Carri Chef 40 is fully compatible with the Cadac Series 40 modular cooking system, meaning you can swap the BBQ grid for a range of alternative cooking surfaces. Fancy a stone-baked pizza or a rich, fragrant paella? Simply swap the surface and get cooking. 

The dome lid with integrated thermometer and stay-cool handle gives you easy temperature monitoring and true oven-style cooking capability. When not in use as a lid, it cleverly hooks onto the side of the BBQ to act as a windshield, protecting your flame in breezy outdoor conditions and keeping your cook consistent.

The removable enamelled fat pan features flame peep holes for easy monitoring and lifts straight out for simple cleaning. A utility shelf keeps your condiments and utensils within arm's reach, while the QR (Quick Release) coupling makes for fast, safe gas connection and disconnection.
