Designed for outdoor enthusiasts who refuse to compromise on their cooking, the Cadac Carri Chef 40 BBQ QR is a versatile, easy-to-use portable gas BBQ built for life on the go. Whether you're pitching up at a campsite, parking your caravan, or heading to a festival, this compact yet capable grill has everything you need to cook outstanding food outdoors.

Setup is effortless thanks to automatic piezo ignition and a tool-free two-part leg system with a simple screw-in fitting. An adjustable foot on one leg ensures rock-solid stability on uneven ground, no wobbling, no fuss, just great BBQ.

The Carri Chef 40's two-part legs offer a choice of two cooking heights, approximately 93cm and 70cm, so you can adapt your setup to suit your surroundings and cooking style. Cook standing comfortably at a traditional BBQ height or drop it lower for more controlled, close-up grilling.

A 39cm diameter ceramic GreenGrill-coated BBQ grid delivers rapid heat-up times so you're cooking in minutes, even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface, perfect sear marks on steaks, burgers, fish, and vegetables, and easy, hassle-free cleaning after every cook.

With 2.8 kW of power output and finely adjustable temperature control, you have full command over your flame, whether you're searing at high heat or cooking low and slow.

The Cadac Carri Chef 40 is fully compatible with the Cadac Series 40 modular cooking system, meaning you can swap the BBQ grid for a range of alternative cooking surfaces. Fancy a stone-baked pizza or a rich, fragrant paella? Simply swap the surface and get cooking.

The dome lid with integrated thermometer and stay-cool handle gives you easy temperature monitoring and true oven-style cooking capability. When not in use as a lid, it cleverly hooks onto the side of the BBQ to act as a windshield, protecting your flame in breezy outdoor conditions and keeping your cook consistent.

The removable enamelled fat pan features flame peep holes for easy monitoring and lifts straight out for simple cleaning. A utility shelf keeps your condiments and utensils within arm's reach, while the QR (Quick Release) coupling makes for fast, safe gas connection and disconnection.

The Carri Chef 40 is compatible with both Butane and Propane gas (28–30 mBar Butane / 37 mBar Propane) and packs down compactly into an included durable storage bag with secure straps for the two-part legs.
