A significant upgrade from previous Residence models that relied on heavy-duty polycotton, the 2025 Residence Air Tour proudly introduces Weathershield Tour ripstop polyester.

This advanced, dope-dyed, and highly UV-resistant fabric isn't just durable; it actively resists sun damage, ensuring your awning remains vibrant and performs brilliantly through countless trips.

Attaching seamlessly along the full length of your caravan's awning rail, this awning effectively doubles your usable pitch space, creating a vast, weather-protected area that truly extends your caravan's interior. With a depth of 275cm and a height range of 235-255cm, it provides ample room for relaxation and activities.

Innovation is at the heart of the Residence Air Tour, highlighted by its new, unique 3-sided inflatable canopy. This clever addition provides exceptional shelter over the entrance, guarding against rain while adding valuable extra covered space. Within the canopy, apex mesh ventilation actively reduces condensation and enhances airflow, ensuring a fresh, comfortable environment, even on more humid days.

Setting up your perfect pitch has never been simpler, thanks to Dometic's renowned single-point inflation system. The entire Residence Air Tour awning inflates from just one external point, dramatically simplifying the setup process so you can get pitched and relax in record time.

For ultimate adaptability on the road, both the front and side panels can be zipped out. This allows you to effortlessly adjust the layout, open up the space for a breezy feel on sunny days, or reduce the overall weight for easier handling and packing.

Inside, the awning features contemporary blinds with soft-touch curtains that provide excellent privacy and light control, all operating smoothly on an easy-slide track system.

You can tour with absolute confidence in its performance; the Residence Air Tour has been rigorously tested for waterproofing under heavy rain, withstanding an impressive 200 litres of water per hour per square metre. This far exceeds London's average of 70 litres per hour in its wettest month, ensuring superior protection in adverse weather.

This comprehensive touring awning also comes packed with essential accessories to enhance your experience from day one. You'll receive a Gale pump for fast and efficient inflation, a PVC draught skirt for added insulation and to keep drafts out, and a footprint to protect the ground area and keep your awning clean. A roof lining is also included as standard, further helping to reduce condensation and significantly improve internal comfort.

The Dometic Residence Air Tour Full Caravan Awning 2025 offers a thoughtful balance of spacious design, robust weather protection, and incredibly user-friendly features. It's an excellent choice for caravanners who seek a versatile, easy-to-use, and supremely comfortable awning for their future adventures.
