The Kampa Roam Air Low is a drive-away awning built for campervans, using the same lower connection height as the Roam Air TC range but in a lighter build, ideal if you'd rather pack light without giving up extra living space.

It uses 150D polyester fabric rather than the heavier technical polycotton found on the TC version, which keeps the overall weight down to 21.08kg, worth knowing if boot space or payload is tight. It still inflates via air tubes rather than poles, so pitching it is straightforward: connect the pump, inflate, and you're set up.

A sewn-in groundsheet keeps the floor sealed against drafts and ground moisture, and the front door with removable side panels lets you open the awning up in good weather or close it down when it isn't.

The large front canopy adds extra covered space at the entrance, useful for stashing boots, chairs, or anything else you'd rather keep out of the rain.
