Fabric & Weather Protection

For material, this awning uses Vango's Elements Shield fabric, a lightweight 150D material, with a 5,000mm hydrostatic head rating. It provides excellent waterproofing in heavy or prolonged rainfall. Using ColourLok technology helps the fabric retain its colour over time, keeping the fabric looking its best.

Structure & Stability

Pitching is fast with the AirBeam S.I Pro 2.0 system, which uses an updated single inflation point and AirSpeed S.I Pro Valve for faster inflation and straightforward deflation. Pre-angled beams are used to maximise the usable interior space while also improving wind resistance, and Bracer Beams are included to reinforce the main air frame structure to keep the awning standing strong.

Reflective webbing storm straps keep the porch awning secure in strong winds and they remain visible during the night. Steel rock pegs with a carry bag come included for when you plan to pitch on harder ground, and adjustable pegging points allow for a stable setup on more uneven terrain.

Connection & Compatibility

Connecting to your caravan via the dual Ø4mm and Ø6mm Kador attachment, making the Balleto Air 390 compatible with a wide range of caravans and vehicles, including those with a wind-out canopy. Vango's updated Draught Seal System 2.0 provides a seamless seal at the caravan wall without poles, though it is now fully removable for those who prefer traditional draught poles.

Doors, Windows & Access

A flat entry door makes the awning straightforward for wheelchair users, pram users, and those with reduced mobility, while this awning’s side doors are fully removable, which can be used either to reduce the overall weight during pitching or to attach the optional side mesh door panels or an annex.

A 60/40 split access door gives flexible entry, and additional ventilation through its mesh panel and the Diamond Clear windows fitted with zipped privacy curtains make your awning’s living area bright and homely.

Interior Features

For optional products, running along the interior is the SkyTrack II hanging system, which lets you hang various lighting, storage accessories, and other add-ons. An optional annex provides additional storage or sleeping space, and the awning is compatible with a clip-in hanging bedroom for extra guests.
