Returns Procedure and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return the product to us as sold and in its original commercial packaging, provided it is brand new and unopened.
Please notify us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return an item; you then have a further 14 days from the date of your notification to send the goods back to us.
To start a return, contact us by email at [email protected] or call us on 01457 860118 – ask for the claims department. Please ensure you provide images or videos of any expected faults.
In any correspondence, please include your full name, post code and contact number used when purchasing your product.
Condition of Return
It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them while in your possession.
- • Products must be thoroughly dry and free from any dampness or moisture. We cannot accept returns of any item that is damp, wet, or shows signs of water damage.
- • Goods returned without the original, saleable packaging may not be accepted back.
- • Products should be unused and with the original saleable packaging. (Exclusions apply for clearly faulty items.)
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with consumer rights laws.
Proof of Purchase
If you return a product to our store for a refund, proof of purchase is required. Should you be unable to provide a receipt, Proof of bank payment will be required.
Delivery Charge Refunds
We’ll refund any delivery charges paid for in your original purchase, provided your goods are deemed faulty.

We reserve the right to:
- • Refuse an exchange or refund without proof of purchase.
- • Request identification for return transactions (proof of purchase).
