Vango Tailgate Hub Low Poled Drive Away Awning

Vango introduces the first rear attachment awning to their range, the Tailgate Hub Low. The Vango Tailgate Hub Low is the perfect choice for a quick pitch, ideal for short stays and weekends away in the camper van. The freestanding Tailgate Hub Low allows you the flexibility to drive away from it while it remains standing for your return. Specifically designed to fit campervans and vehicles with a height of 180cm to 210cm.

The Vango Tailgate Hub Low has been crafted using Vango’s Sentinel Active material—a strong yet lightweight fabric. Combined with the fully taped seams, this material provides excellent protection against water ingress. The Tailgate Hub Low also features Vango’s AirZone Ventilation, which includes high and low-level ventilation panels to create a comfortable flow of air throughout the awning, helping to reduce condensation.

Featuring Vango’s PowerFlex Fibreglass poles, the Tailgate Hub Low ensures a reliable and swift setup. Once pitched, the poles are strong yet lightweight, and Vango’s Tension Band System creates a durable triangular frame within the Tailgate Hub Low. The webbing storm straps at the front and rear provide additional stability to the Vango Tailgate Hub Low.

Attachment of the Tailgate Hub Low is effortless and requires only pegging straps at the front of the vehicle and tunnel area, allowing the awning to fit neatly to your camper van without the need for kador rails. Traditional attachment options are also included with the Vango Tailgate Hub Low, such as roof bar attachment tabs, kador, and a sleeve for pole and clamp, should you choose to use them.
